  Unfortunately my experience with this company has not been positive. After almost 3 weeks I am still waiting for a refund after my booking was confirmed but was then cancelled by Aster Cars who told me they did not have a car available and that the booking company they use should never have a) confirmed my booking and b) accepted my payment. My emails are not being responded to. Their failure to refund my money has caused me great stress; particularly since I had to find and then pay for another rental car - at very short notice.
  Update: My money is being refunded by the booking company who had no idea that Aster Cars had declined my booking and that they had been blamed for it.
  Aster Cars has the following vision: To be a reliable, sustainable, top of mind rental car supplier in New Zealand - presenting our company and country to the highest standard each and every time. This has not happened in my experience. I have still not heard from them.
