  Went I'm to buy a cellphone the pricing in store was dearer than online also they were apparently out of stock. Called a sales person over and questioned the store card. He checked online and found yes they were cheaper and they were in stock. So after making sure the phone was exactly what I wanted I bought it.
  Never take things at face value do your research and if you are not happy question it. Full marks to the sales person and their help in getting what I wanted. He could have said that was the price and we are out of stock. Bit went the extra mile to check things out. AAA+
