  Shocking experience. Said they'd deposit money they owed to me 2 days before Christmas. We were relying on that money for the holiday period. Not only did they NOT deposit the money as stated, but their call centers and offices were conveniently closed for two weeks, so I had no way of sorting it out. Merry Christmas to you too, IRD. Incompetent, thoughtless and cruel!
