  I placed a web order and needed to exchange sizes and the team at Kayak Hq were so friendly, with great product knowledge and made my returns easy, the replacements arrived within two days and all fit perfectly. It feels pretty good to get that kind of customer service. Thank you.

  We visited the hq kayaks when searching for a rod holder to replace the broken one of my cobra kayak. The owner didn’t have the exact same model in store (as Cobra no longer exists), but was incredibly helpful: he not only checked various holders of the yaks in the store. He even offered to try one from a kayak he currently had at home, and made phone calls for us to help us find out how we can best get a replacement rod holder as Cobra no longer exists. Although he knew we would not buy it from him as we were only travelling through Nelson. Absolutely awesome service!!!
  We were also happy to get some bolts at his shop for fixing the new rod holder.
