  Brought my Nexus 5 phone in here for a screen replacement, the screen was lifting off after a day, took it back to be re-glued and it was still lifting off. Then the screen cracked again, although this time I hadn't dropped it and could not identify any significant event to cause this to happen, it must be related to the screen lifting again.
  
  So I dropped the phone into them, they offered me half price on a replacement screen. I did not want to spend more money on that phone then I already had.
  
  I feel that the only reason the screen had cracked was because it was not fixed properly in the first place. They blamed the manufacturer and how the phone was constructed for the screen not adhering properly.
  
  This may be the case but they were quite happy to take on the job and said they would be able to fix my phone for me. If there was a chance that the repair would not work then they should have let me know beforehand so I could decide whether I wanted to take that risk or just buy a new phone.

  UPDATE: After taking my phone back they have since replaced the screen free of charge and phone is working great. Thanks guys :)

  Paid $400 dollars last week for my note 5's screen to be replaced. They did it within a couple of hours and we're really friendly which was nice but since I have been back twice because the screen was not glued in properly, the first time I took it back it looked like they had literally done nothing as it was in exactly the same condition as what it was when I took it in and the second time it was taken back it was super glued at the two top corners so now the screen sits below where it should do and I can still get my fingernail under either side of the screen which means my phone is now going to be super exposed to dust, water, whatever can fit under the gap.. I understand it's a busy time of year but for $400 I would have expected a better job. *UPDATE* Have taken phone back for the 3rd time and left over night so they could make sure screen adhesive had stuck properly, has now been picked up and is in exactly the same condition. Not impressed.
